Date night
I went on a double date on Thursday. It was interesting. We started off with a fear factor type of dinner. We had 10 weird ingredients that were numbered, who would guess, 1-10. We picked 4 phase 10 cards to determine the ingredients of each sandwich. Mine was a ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and cheese sandwich, with extra ketchup. My dates sandwich was a grape jelly, hotsauce, ketchup and mayo sandwich. I was the only one that finished my sandwich. After that we did something semi normal and went bowling. All in all, a fun night.

New pants
I don't want to brag or anything, but I look "What is it that makes a complete stranger dive into an icy river to save a solid gold baby? Maybe we'll never know."

Work

In case any of you have been wondering, I am a real man with a real man's job. I am an electrician. I will have to put up some pictures later. The hilight of being an electrician is goofing off all day with Dale. I must say that we have the most fun and make the most money when we work together. This is partly because the middle aged ladies that drive by think that we are the village people and give us big tips. Today, Dale cut open his knuckle. He will probably read this, and I probably won't care that he reads this. He is accident prone at work. I cringe anytime he gets to use a razor, screwdriver, or any other tool for that matter. That's pretty much all I have to write. See, family? The reason I don't post more often is because of things like this. I just read this! It's lame!
P.S. David Hodo is my hero. The scan cut off the note he wrote to me. It reads, "Elden, I am tired of always wearing my wife's pants. I am just getting too old for this. The trade needs another sexy man who can wear chains and a hard hat for no apparent reason. That man is you! Much love, see you on Friday at the YMCA."

Our day at six flags
I must have said something terribly funny(something with a dipthong, by the look of my mouth.)......
I think Dad pinched Dale in the bum.
What the? Glam Rock Hott?
Dale, Dad and I are showing off our dorky cell phone holders while Carrie is looking more and more like mom. I think Mikey, once again, is checking out the ladies.
School....and an attack on my relative.
I remember one time when we were at a family reunion and Leah starting spraying bug spray in her cousins face. I believe it was this same reunion that she invented a very nasty little definition for the word "plonk". Does anybody rememeber when Leah asked if it was weird to eat your toenails and when everyone said, "Yes." that she got all quiet and said she had some business to take care of in private and then sulked away, clippers in hand? Yes, my friends, I remember all of them. When you want to play hardball again, Leah, leaving comments like that, remember who you are dealing with, and that they can probably get pictures from your mom of you bathing with your brothers...... completely neked!!!!
Alright. School stinks. Espicially when you try to check your homework online, and the stupid school website says that you aren't registered for any classes. I guess the plus side is that you get to get a lot of more productive things done besides your homework. Like making sure your stupid cousin never makes fun of you again.

A new look for toasty?
I doubt anyone will see this. I think people have given up on me. Thanks, beloved family, for believing in me. Well, that topic of this blog is to see if such a long abscence merits a new design. Sort of like a rebirth, if you will. It is too hot here. I don't think that Dave will appreciate me sweating all over his notebook. Peace.
